Georgia Andrews is a UK-based creative trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She specialises in classic stories told in bold, inclusive & innovative ways.

As an actor, her credits and awards include Omelas after Ursula K. Le Guin, Julius Caesar (The Space Theatre), Measure for Measure (workshop, Shakespeare's Globe), 5 live-streamed productions with The Show Must Go Online and a Groundlings' Choice Award for Outstanding Performance in a History Play. She made her screen debut in 'Mosquito', nominated for Best Horror Short at Tokyo International Festival, and is a member of the RNIB audiobook narration panel.

 

As a director, Georgia's work is rooted in the conviction that Shakespeare belongs to the people. Associate and assistant credits include a 5-star national tour of Richard II, multilingual Hamlet and TSMGO: Two Noble Kinsmen. She is currently working on a new production of The Taming of the Shrew as sole director.

Proudly neurodivergent, she is passionate about contributing to positive (accurate!) representations of disabled women as attractive, intelligent, funny and dynamic.
